🌻 What are your payment methods?> We only use Paypal for international orders. We cannot use other payment methods as they are unavailable in our country.> We use BPI and Gcash for Philippine orders.🌻 Where is the shop based?> In Southeast Asia, the Philippines! Our timezone is in GMT+8.🌻 How will you ship your items?> International orders will be shipped via postal service. Bulkier orders may go through a private courier company for security.> Philippine orders depend on region. For Luzon, we will peruse Lalamove or LBC. For Visayas and Mindanao, we may peruse the former or J&T.🌻 What do I do if I have questions, I made a mistake on my form, or I need to edit something on my form?> Please contact Ji (@mirarasol Twitter|Bsky) or via email: [email protected] so we can assist you. :-)🌻 Do you sign your prints?> We do not sign our prints by default, but feel free to ask! Please clearly note this within the "OTHERS" space in the order form.Examples of acceptable requests:

— To (Receiver) and From (Gifter)> Please specify where [on the print] you want this written! We plan on doing an interest check form near the end of 2025. :-)🌻 Do you offer discount codes or discount bundles?> Not at the moment! But it is definitely planned in the far future.🌻 Do you have an Etsy, Shopify, or other online website store?> Not at the moment! We may consider moving, but this setup currently works best for us in order to cut down big fees that offsites require.🌻 When is your next opening?> Unsure, but not too long after shipping out all orders! We will make sure to announce in our social media accounts when the time comes. :-)
